Master Jim Wing
Master Wing is a 6′th degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Wing has proven himself to be the consummate martial artist having won and earned many martial arts accolades. He won the IBJFF World Championship (Master-Senior) in Brazil in 2006. He is 3X NAGA North American Champion, NAGA World Champion and NAGA Pa. Champion. In 1996 he won the Villari’s International Karate tournament at the Black Belt Level. In 2004 he was inducted into the World Karate Union Hall Of Fame as the “Most Dedicated Martial Artist of the year.” His in depth and insightful understanding of martial arts and his unique style of teaching has consistently produced quality students and black belts throughout the years. Master Wing is also an avid ice-rock climber/ mountaineer and fitness enthusiast. In December 2011 he successfully summited the tallest mountain in the North East, Mount Washington. Chris “Red Line” Wing
Chris Wing has been training in the martial arts since the age of five. Although he is only in his early twenties he has accumulated nearly 10,000 hours of training time. Chris has competed in karate, Brazilian jiu jitsu tournaments and is a pro MMA fighter. We are very lucky to have “Red Line” on our staff because he has years of practical martial arts experience which he shares with the students he teaches. As an amateur MMA fighter Chris won championships is three separate weight classes. He is one of the most watched and anticipated young pro mma fighters in the area. Chris is also an ISSA certified personal fitness instructor. He has an incredibly in depth understanding of nutrition and fitness.

Professor Steve Austin
Professor Steve is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is one of the greatest success stories of our school. Steve was born with a debilitating hip disease and was not expected by doctors to be able to walk. He spent most of his childhood in metal leg braces. For Steve to be active in Martial Arts is truly inspiring and amazing. He personifies the type of dedication and determination that he teaches our students daily. Sheila Wing and Pat Elgert
Sheila and Pat are assistant instructors, like all of our instructors they are certified and started with us as beginners. Sheila is a graduate of Temple University and has a degree in sports kinesiology which makes her one of the most sports specific educated instructors in the area. Pat is a Brown belt in bjj as well as an amateur mma fighter. Pat loves teaching the martial arts; you’ll find him nightly on our mats teaching our students.
