If you want to improve your health and fitness and get into the best shape of your life our Total Body Workout fitness class is for you. Some schools or fitness centers call this type of workout “CrossFit”, “Boot Camp” or some other trendy name. We call it plain old fashioned hard work. We use many different training protocols including; HIIT (high intensity interval training), METCON (metabolic conditioning) and plyometrics. We have the space and equipment to help you meet your fitness goals. This is a very short clip of one of the more difficult running “drills” we do. It’s called “Death By Ten Meters. A timer runs on sixty second intervals. You start by running 10 meters in sixty seconds. The next sixty seconds you run 10 meters twice, the third you run 10 meters three times and on and on. Towards the end of the drill you will be running 10 meters back and forth nearly non stop. The drill only ends when you are unable to add more sprints in the sixty seconds. This is an example of the circuit training we do in this class. We did the plyo push ups for ten minutes as part of an upper body workout.
