Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
The art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu comes directly from the efforts of Grandmasters Carlos Gracie and Helio Gracie. Unlike the majority of other martial arts, Jiu Jitsu techniques must be applied and perfected against live opponents. You do not punch or kick in the air; there are no Kata’s or shadowboxing. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a pure grappling art which specializes in using leverage to defeat a larger and stronger opponent. It is a great martial art for practical self defense and will get you into great physical and mental shape!
Wing’s Martial Arts is one of the original BJJ schools in Bucks County Pa. We have been teaching this venerable art for over a decade and are under the auspices of world renowned BJJ instructor Ailson “Jucao” Brittes.
